I just bought a 2001 4Runner 4WD limited with 178K miles. I knew when I bought it it was time to upgrade the suspension. I'd like to lift it somewhat. Mostly drive on the road, but occasionally go off road. Any advice on what parts to buy to accomplish this?

Pardon my ignorance, but how do I check that canister?

I just purchased a 2001 Limited with 4WD. It has 177K miles and had been exceptionally maintained. I have all the records. Yesterday the check engine light came on and als the VSC lights stay on. Any suggestions?
