I dont think you will have a problem. The .060 is probably just to leave the lugnut a little bit of room so that the aluminum and steel dont corrode together... which would make it impossible to remove the lugnut.

NO... the bumper on a pickup is different than a 4runner's bumper. However... any rear bumper from a 90-95 4runner will work.

Looking for a pair of rear bumper brackets to fit a 1992 4runner. I believe 90-95 will work. I dont want to pay the price for a pair of new ones ($68ea). Let me know if any one has them. Thanks

if you luck out and you only have surface rust.... Once its all sandblasted, you can ruff up the exposed metal and fill it with some body filler (bondo, etc). I'm not sure what your mechanical/body work capabilities are... but you gotta start somewhere... and you cant mess up with bondo... cuz...

Fender flares would help cover up the rust... but what I'd be most concerned with is having anything to attach the flares to. The rust on your rear wheel archs is BAD. I'd suggest taking it to a body shop and having the rust sand blasted. This will remove all the rust and let you know...

Well... I looked today... and the bumpstops are not even close to touching when the wheel is turn completely to the left. Someone must have put the pitman arm on in the wrong position. I can turn the wheel about 2 full turns to the right... where as I can only get 1 1/4 turns to the left...
