A little late to this topic but now i'm here, i have a '99 4Runner 3RZ with a 5 speed, mine has 171,000 miles and runs fantastic, it has 31" tires and 4.88 gears to compensate for the lack of power/weight ratio and it runs very nice and at 75 mph goes 3340 RPM which i think is not bad...
