Michelins are the superior tire choice. They just make the best quality tire for a smooth ride. I run 265/75/R16 Yokohama Geolander ATs. They are a slightly "road biased" AT tire. Work great as I am mostly on paved roads, and weekend trips onto dirt roads. No heavy duty offroading.

Get that EIMKeith PCK! It is a game changer. I also went for 906s on the back, as I spend 90% of my time commuting on highways. Set the front 1/2" lower, so when I do load up (camping gear, not a hardcore offroader, so no heavy tools etc.) there is no "sag".

Oh, and I put the 265/70/R16 back on the spare. Despite many contrary statements, a 265/75/R16 does NOT fit in there when you have an OEM hitch.

Put the recently refurbed CC unit back in (big thanks to JRZEE2000TR4LTD!!!!). Also, a shout out to EIMKeith, his Panhard Correction Kit is the business, 1 week in and loving the feel of the back end being more controlled.

Just had the 5100s & 880/890s installed. The shop used the third hole on the passenger side bracket. Panhard appears level, maybe even ever so slightly lower on the passenger side. It handles amazingly well, so I will keep it as-is for now. FYI, my 2002 got just over 2.5" lift on the back end...
