Turned out to be a 120 amp fuse that was stuck open

Ended up taking the 4runner to the dealership. They said there was something coroded in the underhood fuse box, probably the starter relay. The vehicle is still hesitating and cutting in and out when running so it is still in the shop. Ill post final details when we get it back.

There is power to the interior fuse pannel. Just found out the hi beams work but only when you pull the stock, not when you push it forward to keep them on for good. The starter also has voltage. The regular head lights are still not working nor is anything inside ( dash, power windows, radio)...

Nothing on the dash works, no radio, no lights, no door ding, the only thing that comes on is the airbag light and the door locks work. 12 volts to the fuse box

Thats what a lot of my forum searches are leading me towards but I think there has to be something shorted or a bad connection coming from the starter and going towards the pannel on the inside because the under hood pannel has 12 volts. Going to look at the factory service wiring diagram and...

I got both lights fixed, pretty easy and the 2 bulbs were only $5 from the dealer. Still have no info on the door locks but I may talk to the service department at the dealership in case it may be a programmable thing. I may have found a site for the glass...

On rock auto I am only seeing the whole mirror assembly, not just the glass, can you pop the glass out and put another one in, or do you have to replace the whole housing?
