I have over 11,000 miles on my Alenza's and they look brand new. They even still have the little rubber things on the sides. Much better than the standard Dueller.

Good afternoon. I started a thread a while ago(Navigation problem 2010 limited.) about my head unit going out. I believe it is just the DVD drive itself. Has anyone taken apart the whole radio and tried replacing just the drive? If so, can you please post directions and photos if you can.

Bump Just heard back. Dealer said unit went bad, $3,100 to replace. Another dealer quoted me $2,300. Any suggestions?

bump It is at the dealer now. Hopefully it is just the disc or something. Now I have lost all controls, no audio, no maps, no phone, and the screen is blank. Can't wait to find out the bill on this one.
