I got mine routed out through my rear bumper. Pic attached shows. Little more intense than most would do on here but just proposing new ideas!

Yeah beadlocks definitely get you sub 10 psi measures. I air down to 10-12 psi consistently on my Falkens and steelies. To get a good true beadlock you’ll have to hash out the cash for em. I’m looking into ATX Slabs which are around $400-$500 each.

Eh power steering is usually a squeal not a creak. My guess is you toasted your shocks. Try bouncing the front shocks up and down a bit by pushing down on the fender and hood and see if it groans. Double check your tie rods, inner and outer.

Contact Wyatt at RST and ask him. They do twin stick case swaps out of the FJ and it’s really involved. Requires a Tacoma front diff along with an FJ case and a good amount of interior trim work to fit the twin stick.

Did you get extended sway bar links too? If you didn’t it’s your sway bar. Had the same thing going on, got rid of my sway bar and no more issues
