Does the TRD aux tranny cooler have a bypass to prevent overcooling? I have seen plenty of discussion regarding the need for this feature when driving in cold climates, but did not see if the TRD was equipped.

As far as fluids go, is this something that the dealership can do? They do all of my fluid changes regularly. I've seen synthetic being the fluid of choice, but what should I have replaced that is in there now?
