Drove it to the state inspection and failed due to gas cap. Need to buy new gas OEM gas cap for $22 then go back again to the shop to get my sticker.

I drove to the office today and notice on my lie-o-meter (APG, reset after the tire upgrade test drive). My APG when up by 2 and started to go back to normal. I'll keep you posted on what will be my mileage for my full tank. Previously, my full tank (20 gal) is usually 320 - 330 city driving.

Just upgraded tires to 265/70/17 with FJC wheels. The truck feels taller during the test drive and needs to get use to the breaking distance and speed difference. Rene

Hi everyone, I just finish putting the FC cruiser wheels and tires (265/70/17) and test drove the truck. I notice that the truck takes longer to stop compared to the stuck tire (265/65/17). Is this normal for a bigger tire or there is something wrong. 265/65/17 --> original tire 265/70/17 -->...

A friend is selling his bumper and thought it will be a cool mod (without breaking my wallet) and also save me trimming work for the upcoming tires/wheels upgrade (will be putting 265/70/17 with an FJC wheels). But did not took in to consideration the front of both truck as NJshadow93 mentioned.

Greetings, Any body have experience or information if a 2006-2009 fj cruiser arb bumper can fit on a 2003 t4r. Is it worth it to buy or I'm just asking trouble for myself or will it require a lot of work to install the bumper. Thanks in advance, rene

The FJC wheels is the same (17x7.5) with the exception of the offsite. The FJC will stick out further compared with the t4r stock wheels. Which is perfect for my project, I'll keep you posted for any update and this might take a few weeks or months.

krupnation, thanks for the response, I did some more research :keyboard: and found from of the member that the FJC wheels will work. Now I just have to find funds for tires. renep
