I have seen mention of group buys on tacomaworld and ih8temud iirc. I am in no rush to spend money, the guy from Trek on the forums here PM'd me saying he was setting up a group buy here once the other one expired.

I have a few friends interested in the small pods for their ATV's and UTV's as well.

Hey jdkilroy! It is very rarely when it happen, i can probably count on my fingers how many times it happen in year half ...

You're probably fine then. I find that headlights are generally brighter now (non-HID's) and that is likely due to improved technology in manufacturing of all involved components. Some folks are just more sensitive to bright lights at night and you will likely get flashed by them regardless.

That said, There's a lot of vehicles on the road with home made HID's that are very poorly built/aimed/controlled and their light can be downright obnoxious if not dangerous to other drivers.

Post a picture!!! I have the Ultragauge and it's such a useful tool. It's even paying itself off since I have received a few 6 packs for using it to diagnose and clear trouble codes on friends vehicles.

Will do! Mounted it with the included velcro over my steering wheel column and it looks like a perfect fit!

I don't think that mod is going to top the extra HP of the hybrid synergy drive conversion. But it's cool nonetheless.

Drove it to the state inspection and failed due to gas cap. Need to buy new gas OEM gas cap for $22 then go back again to the shop to get my sticker.
