I did tear into it and play with a few of the connections with no luck. Is there a quick test I can do? I can't seem to find anything on it in my Chilton manual.

Yes I removed the cap and found no pressure. I do not here it run when I engage the ignition. I tested the EFI relay and it appears to be good. Is there any other simple test I can do prior to dropping the tank? Oh and thanks by the way. I appreciate your help.

I have spark. I don't here the fuel pump run. I'm guessing pump at this point. Any easy way to get to it? Do I have to drop the tank? Is there a place to hook up a pressure gauge to check fuel pressure?

I just looked at the timing belt. it is intact. I can smell gas fumes from the exhaust, so I'm guessing it's not the fuel pump. Must be electrical. any ideas where to start?
