The paint code for my 4Runner. I have looked on the doors and such where there are some labels/tags and cant seem to find anything. I want to get a bottle of touch up paint before winter hits in the N.E. and treat some spots that are scratched. Can I use the Vin# some how...not sure. Thanks...

I always use Shell VPower...Its not a big deal that I use the higher Octane in the 4Runner is it. I thought it burned cleaner. Maybe I should see if I can get some JP8...we use that in tanks...used alot of it when I was in Iraq...seriously though the VPower is alright to put in? Walter

So to do it up right as I gather from this thread...I want to go with a True Flow filter and a Deck Plate Mod. I would have to have someone do this for me...even with directions I wouldnt be able to do it...dont have the tools for anything either. So would I find a shop or a mechanic...not...

I threw up some picks of my runner earlier in the forum for peeps to see. The first thing I want to do to it is lift it. I am really new at this and want to do some research on it before I do it. Any suggestions where I should buy from, what names to look for etc. The ultimate goal is 33"...

I just wanted to add some extra bass in the Runner and didnt want to build a box, or buy seperately and put together...instead I bought an Infinity BassLink T with the three 10" subs and amp built into it...its also pretty slim so it doesnt take up alot of cargo room...I cant wait to install it!

Hopefully you are correct...I have been on crutchfield and thought thats where I would find my answer but no luck...they only list the front doors...I chatted with a rep from there and they said it was an odd size and his computer didnt even list it...how can that be...99-02 models unlisted...

I have found out that I can go as big as 6 3/4 in the front doors via component system in my 2002 4Ruunner SR5 Sport...but Crutchfield doesnt have a clue as to what size the rear door speakers are...at 6 1/2 they said I would have to modify the door and cut some metal...I dont want to do...

My wife bought these for me but I am going to install a component in the front...and I dont want to mod my rear doors to make these fit. There are brand new in the package Eclipse 6 1/2" SA8364's...two sets. I am looking for selling them at $120 each. $240 for the pair...any questions respond...
