I would never see 80,000 miles on brakes. I'm a sensible driver but it is all stop and go. Very little highway.

I have a 2016 trail premium with 47000mi. I bought it new and it still has the original brake pads. Checked the pads prior to inspection and they measure 6mm front and 2mm rear. Seems a bit odd, or is the normal?

Since you believe it's a plug and you are going to change them out anyway. Why not change back to the old plugs one at a time and check after each change if the misfire goes away. May take a while if there is a heat issue.

Reading your wants and needs, if I were you I would look into a preowned Land Cruiser. You could probably find a decent one with low miles for about the price of a new Limited. Just another option. I've owned 3 and the seats and ride was great, among the other things you mentioned.
