Thank you for the reply. You are correct they do say Muth Mirrors... this makes may be a Toyota “port side” modification as it’s a limited edition. do you, by chance, know how to remove the mirror so the wiring can be checked?

My side view mirror “Chevron Arrow” turn signal is burned out ...I have a 08 4R Limited. I can’t seem to find any instructions on how to change this bulb. Can someone point me to a instructional video for this?

Yes. VSC/Trac lights come on which prompts me to check the codes. It usually happens when I'm "riding the brake' either in slow traffic or high pedestrian areas. at least that's what I've noticed. once it comes on it stays on until I shut the engine off.... I will start with checking my break...
