Fix took a couple of hours. 4 Runner back in absolutely perfect condition. My Service Department has stepped up their game. A couple of gift cards and a 1/2 case of beer for my tech. Take care of my guys, and they take care of me. I was nervous, but all was fine.

So, does anybody know how all of this works. Can they access the bag through the glove box, or are they pulling the entire dash?
