they actually ride very well for the lack of rubber between me and the pavement and yeah lol just about everybody on this forum has said the same thing about this truck not being for them and a 2 each his own kinda response which i knew was gunna be the reaction but to be honest i like jacked up mud covered 4runners to but i kinda got tired of the same ole same so i figured id do something alil different this time around and exploit the luxurious qualities of this great suv....i also own a 1998 4runner as well which found itself covered in mud for the majority of its life

Interesting. Not for me but if it's what you like then great! Curious what those tires ride like? Bricks wrapped with rubber bands?

OK, I just have to ask; how tall are you? At 5'8", I only come up to the top of the door. You look to be almost two feet taller in that picture. :wow: I have to climb onto the rear tire to see the top of the roof.

judging by the fact the 31" tire only comes up to the middle of his thigh, id say 6'8

i got them from home depot and i dont kno the exact size but i wanna say that they only came in one size but u can just pop the intake baffles off and measure the hole if u want to be sure

Thanks! I agree this is the best color choice. My old 4Runner (my profile pic) was Salsa red and I really liked that a lot. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the Barcelona red as I bought this sight unseen and had to wait 2 months to get it but the second I pulled into the dealer lot and saw it for the first time, I knew I made the right choice. I have yet to see another Barcelona red on the roads in my area and hope it stays that way. : )

First time poster, second time 4Runner owner. I had a 2007, traded up for a 2011 Sequoia, then wife couldn't handle the size of the truck so leased a 2012 Highlander, lease was up so we just bought a new 2013 Blizzard Pearl SR5 Premium With Dealer Installed Painted 20in Wheels (I think they are 2014 Limited wheels). I just drove the truck from DC to Boston and back again. I love the way these ride so high. While I trade my cars like I change my underwear, I'm hoping to keep this car 9 years and make it my daughter's first car.

I'll be posting more. The car is mostly my wife's DD. I've attached a pic of my daily driver as well. 2013 Camaro ZL1. I'll be driving the 4Runner on the weekends when we go camping and hunting.

Finally got my 4runner fixed up. Toytec/bilstein 3" lift, Worx 18" tyrant wheels with 286/65/18 nitro trail grapplers. Also got rid of the ugly chrome bar on the front grill with a last dip job. Probably gonna have to get the trail trim pieces to get some nice sliders.

Just picked up over the holiday weekend. Non KDSS TE. Normally not into red, but this color combination appealed to me the most!
