TRD Rims on a Limited

Was wondering if anybody had thrown the 16" TRD rims at a Limited. Did you like the look, and did the handling change?

They're very nice wheels and the quality is top notch. However, they are very pricey and I believe require a special lug nut set that is also very pricey as well. I am not sure if aftermarket lug nuts will fit. May be worth checking on that.

Really like your ride. I don't want to mess with a lift or anything. Anything I should know if I want to put these on a stock Limited suspension?

I ran my TRD rim for just over a year before I got the lift. When I got the rims I installed Cooper Discoverer ATP's in 265/70/R17. That's the stock size for an SR5/TE 4Runner. I'm eventually switching to 285's, but I'm still running the 265's at the moment. No modification needed what so ever.

Since it's also my daily driver, I wanted an offroad capable tire that is not super loud on daily driving. I've been very happy with the Discoverer ATP from that standpoint. It is a Discount Tire specific tire, but the AT3 is more generally available. I't s very similar, but has a slightly less aggressive shoulder than the ATP.
