I have a 2000t4r, and need to replace the plugs and wires. I've heard people say only NGK and denso products, but I work at a parts warehouse, and can get acdelco parts for cost. Any reason I shouldn't use them? If so, why. Thanks in advance

I am swapping liftgates, the "new" one is off a '98, going onto a 2000. The window control modules have different connections and wiring configurations. I was told I need to keep the 2000 unit with the truck. Is this true? I really don't want to take the wiring harnesses off and swap them. Or...

Should mention, the "new" liftgate is from a '98. Now I've got it apart, and I was told I need to keep the window control module from the damaged one or the window won't work. these are different on each one tho. do I need to swap the wiring harnesses out?
