Toytech lifts

Thinking of putting a toytech 3" lift on my 2000 sr5. Haven't heard or seen a lot of non-biased feedback, from either side. Everyone I've talked to about them who has them, loves them. Just trying to get as much info as I can before I jump. Anything positive or negative would be helpful, and if negative, who makes a better one and why. Thanks all!

Hmmm, I would say 80% or more here have parts from them. Just do a little research. You will find your info.
 
I have the Toytec Ultimate lift on my 00 4runner and the Toytec Boss lift on my 04 tacoma. Both trucks handle and drive nice, no disappointments here.

I run the ToyTech Bosses in the rear of my truck and I love them!

Now I guess I just need the coilovers up front next.

I ran the Toytec Boss kit for awhile and really loved it. It performed VERY well until I started adding weight and wanting to go faster on rougher terrain.

Can you tell much difference between the two different kits? Is the Ultimate a noticeable improvement?

I am using A.Wilson's old Toytec Boss coilovers in the front of my 4Runner and I am happy with it. It has only seen a little dirt in the week that I have had it installed. I'm using LC components in the rear. The setup is a HUGE improvement from the old, stock suspension.

That being said I really like my Toytec coilovers. If you don't mind re-building the coilovers every once in a while, spend a couple hundred bucks more on the fronts and go King :thumb:
 
That being said, which front/rear coils would you guys recommend for a DD with stock bumpers and the occasional off roading?

I used OME 884 coils in front and Toytec Superflex's in rear from Toytec in my truck. I upgraded to 885's when I removed the front sway bar, but once they break in the ride is better than stock without compromising handling. The shocks I'm using are bilstein 5100s set at 0.
 
I have a 3" coilover set up with the 890 coils and 5125 rear shocks and I love it! The only thing I don't love is the rubbing of my 285/75/ tires : |

Im confused!? Would that be non-biased from the non-biased and biased?

I have the Toytec Boss, haven't really had the opportunity to test yet, but I like what I have see so far.

Not nearly as Hardcore as my Taco's Camburg/Icon 2.5/2.0s setup, but two completely different beasts.

I Haven't even begun the break in period...
