Any resolution to the hissing sound?

I just changed my evaporator and pressure valve also getting way more hissing than before.
I went the not recommended cheap route and it worked.
05 Sport v6 with currently 208k
Radiator and fluid was changed at about 106k
At about 150-65k cylinder 6? i believe started misfiring. noticed the spark plug was a bit charred up and changed it. Then at about 162k or so during winter...

get a tire rotation and wheel balance. don't bother with the alignment.
if this doesn't resolve the issue then inspect your calipers.

Thanks for the reply. I tightened those two bolts in that area and cleaned them. Did the same for the oil pan. I started the engine up and also was periodically checking the area to see if new oil is building up on those bolt heads but nothing thus far. Going to do some driving today and...

found this update from 101 in another post... I am slightly more confused now. I guess I will further inspect whats behind that plastic cover to determine which pan is leaking.
4runner is on jack stands so I can chase down an oil leak.. posted about it here

Wanted to bump this because it seems that my 2005 4runner sport v6 with 150k miles ran into a similar issue. Did having the mechanic reseal the oil pump you described resolve the issue?
I also believed it could of been my oil pan gasket but after inspection that plastic cover just above was...

its been over a year since i posted the pictures of my #6 spark plug
I did not replace the VCG in 2012 4runner ran fine all year
I'm at about 148k miles
unsuccessfully tried to reinstall the stock running boards and cursed at all the rust marks that are building up under the suv
winter cold did not help

currently reinstalling my stock boards on a 2005 4runner and I have been freezing my butt off trying to figure out why these bolts no longer fit
Also rust is building up in the threading which further complicates this problem.
