Be careful with the XLs as ditch lights. I’ve talked to a guy that had them mounted as ditch lights and although he liked the output, they did weigh enough to shake the mounts. But I also don’t know what brand mounts he had. Idk if you’ve seen or held them in person but the XLs are no joke...

I'm not familiar with your setup but I'd recommend going to an open field and try adjusting it for how you want it with your driving style. If your ripping the trails at 60 mph, aim the beam farther so you can see obstacles farther away. If your crawling through the woods at 5 mph aim it closer...
