Is it the bolt that’s on the plunger going through the firewall? Should I tighten it or loosen it

1997 3.4 5speed with e locker. Clutch feels right and was replaced by previous owner. It engages near the top of the pedal travel. No slippage or sponginess at all. Just trying to see if this is normal Thanks in advance
