that doesnt look good, but wipe it down and see if it comes back, but i'd check your the other wheels first that doesnt look like its been weeping that much fluid... at least you don't have the newer models which seem to cost an arm and leg

Are the brake pads interchangeable when you look up the part numbers? If not I would go get it replaced and not take a chance. Brakes are not something you want to take a chance with. Also be sure the lube under the brake hardware to slow down rust build up even though its painted.
