hey guys... sorry for my ignorance but i keep hearing of a "deck plate mod." What exactly is this? I know it ups HP, but i dont really know how exactly it works... I am just wondering how to do this... is it a do it yourself project and/or how much would it cost to do this "deck plate mod?"...

Would running seafoam or maybe even lucas fuel system cleaner in your tank help your MPG?

snookster.... did you have to modify the component tweeter when you installed it... cuz i have an MBQuart component system sittin in the box still and im afraid to start an install because the tweeter in the box looks bigger than the tweeter enclosure in the door. also... did you do the speakers...

hey guys you guys ever heard of anyone's gas guage staying at the full position even tho there's only like 3/4 a tank and then all of a sudden dipping WAY below E and then the gas light coming on and flashing? cuz i got that goin on right now and im wonderin what that might be. any ideas?

oh man... that looks like the disengage eject button for a quick escape for runnin from the PO-PO!!! LOL I have no idea...

well... i got my brakes fixed.... i went to Black's Tire and Auto here in wilmington, nc. everything is good and works well and i was out of there at only $286!!! i thought that was pretty sick! so I'm a happy camper. I might go with the tundra upgrade if these rotors warp later on down the road...

Hey guys how much would a full brake replacement cost me on my 99 4runner... im gonna need to replace the rotors and everything... a full overhaul...they are grinded out. Im just tryin to get a feel for how much money im bout to drop on this... and im not lookin forward to it. im hopin its not...

nope... never spayed under the car but i have been thru a car wash... but i dont think that kind of thing would result from a commercial car wash.

check engine light was on... and THEN i put the sea foam in. it seems to have made a difference in stuff but i wont know really until i fill up again and calculate my mileage.
