i had this happening, cleaned battery terminals but didn't change anything.it would take 3-4-5-6 key turns before anything would happen and then when it did would take a few seconds to fire up, seemed like a weak crank. i swapped the starter and fixed the problem.

yes, no clearance issues at all. i didn't measure the depth of the speaker but you can see at the top which ones i have.

I have to admit I never really liked the wheels either but lived with them for so long I got used to the stink. After trying to clean them up for the 100th time I said f it and bought new ones.. And don't bag the running boards, I actually like them. So there. :)

Just rolled 335k on my 98, original tranny and motor.. At current mileage/yr will take me to 500k in 2022-23
