14.7:1 is stochiometric people!! Under WOT, you want an A/F near 12.5:1 or so, highway cruising should be around 14:7-15:1. So the rod throwing was on the 4.7L engines? WOW! All they have to do is mess with the timing a bit, why would they pull a S/C off the market for that??

have them keep on replacing your seat frame, it should EVENTUALLY go away. . .mine was fine for about 1.5years, and is only NOW recently acting up after they replaced the frame twice. . .it's a PITA, a deterrent for me if I ever considered trading this one in, but what are you gonna do. . .
