I have been running 295s which actually do measure to 33.5 and most 285s are smaller. Just saying.
I know run 35 Toyo MTs and I did the BMC, viper cut and added some 3d printed front bottom quarter panel plastic... Running BILSTEIN 8112s in the front and Dobinsons MRR long travel in the rear.
I hate Facebook but there are a few clubs there that are active... 4Runners United, Trail Syndicate are good clubs. There is another big club but they are a bunch of Biden tards yet they want to hit off road trails... hypocrites.
So why does everyone w a 4Runner mount the compressor under the hood where a compressor would be exposed to water, dirt, dust and heat/cold? Jeep guys seem to install theirs inside the cab of their 4x4.
I get thatall these manufacturers make under the hood mounts but wouldnt inside the cab...
I have been waiting awhile to do this... pulled the trigger today and got the PedalMonster,... I heard a lot of negative stuff on this forum about the Sprint Booster and the Pedal Commander so I am gonna try the Banks one out... Banks for the longest time have made really good exhaust systems...
I had a friend that bought this gen which had a v8 and about 2 months after he got it, he had to totally replace the v8 (he went and got 2nd and 3rd opinions) ... other than that it is a good looking 4Runner... and if its a good friend then he can tell you about any issues he would be having...
Dont buy in Commifornia... way too expensive.
China is causing the microchips to be in low supply and Toyota has not resumed production of the 2022 models yet which has also delayed the 6th Gen 4Runner for another year.
Your best option (which isnt certain) is that you wait for production to...
19 MPG now ... not sure what it was before exactly.

STOCK: Phx to Tuscon before I had a quarter of a tank once i reached Tuscon and had to fill up in order to make it back w a quarter of a tank left.
Now I can go there and back and still have about 50 miles before empty.
