When I contacted them about the letters they admitted that someone forgot to add them in during shipping. At least the great thing about this company was there customer service. They processed me a refund as soon as I sent it back.

How is the quality of the grill and cover? does it match the factory lower grill in color or does it have to be painted?

Item returned So item arrived....terrible packaging. I'm surprised it was not shattered on the inside. This unit came with the dimples, no Toyota letters and instead of having the adhesive tape already attached to the unit they tossed a roll of used tape in with the unit. Fitment was terrible...

Has anyone tried this specific unit? It looks like it was recently released and claims to not have a gap compared to the original OEM. I just ordered it to see how it works. I'll update here once I get it installed...
