No it's not just you - it's not the friendliest site in the world and is probably due for an overhaul.
I think they don't want you to know all the available packages as a way to discourage factory orders but I could be wrong.
If I had to guess, I would say at least ~$1300 for the 3rd row if I am reading that code right - which is strange because I thought LTDs came with 3rd row. I guess they are all just spec'd that way and automatically added on to the price.
I don't have a 4R but in my VW I noticed that I do the following:
Settings > General > Bluetooth
Then under devices pick the profile
Then your should see
Forget this device
Sync Contacts
Phone Favorites
Phone Recents
Other Groups
I have mine set to Sync Contacts - ON
Phone Favorites - ON...
That's what they're doing:
SR5s get this as an option I believe while in 80022 at least, the high end LTDs get the choice of this new unit or the existing JBL Navi system.
Interesting because I just picked Omaha as a random zip for you (68102) and it does not show the third Limited package. The only package it shows is the one I am not clear on:
with Additional Options $1,365
(EG) Entune display audio for limited
(FE) 50 state emissions
(LT) Limited package...
For the '10 4 Runners here is the procedure for syncing the phone book:

That's a good question. They are hiding these in "packages" at least here in Colorado so who knows?
On the plus side the configurator now shows all three trim levels instead of just the SR-5 like yesterday.
Trail Ed's
----------
On the trails you cannot get KDSS without the new Entune head...
Here's a link to the Google Spreadsheet I did listing all the customizable features from the 2010 Owner's Manual.
These should carry forward for the 11's and 12's...
Disclaimer: I do not have a 4Runner.
What I would do is try to
a) remove the pairing from the vehicle (reset to factory or whatever command you have to give it)
b) remove the profile from the iPhone
Settings > General > Bluetooth > Name of Profile > Forget this Device
Then try to re-pair...
