Found the culprit! Throttle cable had a little slack in it from when I removed the throttle body to clean it. Tightened her up a bit and she seems to be running just fine now.

It wasn’t a stone in tread for sure. Maybe it was the wheel weights, but aren’t those on the outside of the rim? Not sure what running stick means.
