Personally not a fan of the oversized look. First thought was if a 4Runner and Tesla mated! Is there a more streamlined (OEM look) option for in dash replacement?
Does anyone know the part # for this (2006,V8)? I went to change the speed sensor and destroyed the harness connector (it was weathered and mush anyway). I can find ABS cables for the front but cannot find the rear. Could I just get a front harness and splice the connector onto my old cable...
The new owner of an immaculately kept one owner leased 2018 TRD Pro, White, BFG's, weathertech mats, etc... Bought it today at EchoPark w/ 44K on the clock. $37289 + $1911 taxes. I seriously haven't seen a used one less than 2 years old for under 40K in my search.
Would have been perfectly fine with the timeline and a 20-30% down payment w/ remainder charged at shipping had the initial conversation been 12+ weeks vs. 6-8.
I was originally told 6 weeks. By next Monday we will be at 14 weeks :mad2: ... I have moved on. I understand patience, but this absolutely ludicrous, especially for $1500+. Like I said I moved on.
This is a recurring theme with Jason B and Burtman Industries. Hence the reason I submitted a disputed charge w/ my credit card company a week ago. Good luck to those waiting, hopefully, he comes through for you. It almost seems like some kind of an investment scheme where he has proceeds and...
I went with the FN fX TRD pro wheel and love them, $760 shipped. Before the lift I had Nitto Terra Grappler G2's 265/70/17 and no rubbing issues whatsoever.
Got new tread went with the GY Duratracs 285/70/17. Was leaning towards the BFG KO2's in 275's, discount tire talked me into the 285's. They said the Duratracs would handle a little better in the snow. Had to do some trimming, but I like the look.
Finally got new tread to finish off the lifted transformation. I did the 5100's set at 2.5" and Moog FJC coils this past spring. GY Duratracs 285/70/17 fit w/ a little trimming! Next is some new UCA's, probably JBA's.
Excellent write-up. I did mine this weekend, albeit a bit differently. Basically a 4x3 method using Redline ATF. First drain I got exactly 4qts on ramps. Second was 4.5qts. Last drain I put plug back after 3qts drained. I drove it between each drain/fill. The shifting is now noticeably smoother...
