Agreed. Binding anywhere, whether it's in the ball joints, CV's, or tie rods, is not a good thing.

I thought the ball joints/tie rod ends would bind before the CV's...

OME shows the 90004 and N91S as 473mm and 470mm. If anyone has a pic of the stock shock next to either OME shock, that would help as well.

11/06 build date, 30k miles (mostly highway plus moderate offroad driving)... inner fenders look perfect, no bulging/cracking/tearing. I've always told myself that if I see any sign of it, I'm trading it in for a T4R the same day. :)

I think 10/06 and later production dates had this feature... the earlier "2007" FJ's did not, except for the TRD SE as you stated.

The TRD catback exhaust for the FJ is made by Bosal. The tip does have TRD embossed into it, but the muffler canister has BOSAL stamped into it. I've seen port installed TRD exhausts with the red/white toyota part number sticker on them, but never have I seen "TOYOTA" stamped into the TRD...
