Hi Everyone,
Would anyone from the SF Bay Area (or surrounding areas) be interested in meeting up to take a off-road day trip? I'd love to take a extended trip but my current work schedule as well as family obligations makes it a bit tough to get away for more than a day at a time.

In the Backcountry book, there's a trail listed as "North Coast #3 - Bartlett Springs Road".
Here's some info regarding this particular trail:
"Starting Point: Bear Valley Rd., 11 miles south of Lodoga.
Finishing Point: CA20, at the southern end of Nice on the northern shores of Clear Lake.
Total Mileage: 33.7 miles.
Unpaved Mileage: 33.5 miles.
Driving Time: 2.5 hours.
Elevation Range: 1400-3900 feet.
Difficulty Rating: 2
Scenic Rating: 9
Remoteness Rating: +1
Special Attractions:
- Clear Lake - California's largest natural lake entirely within the state.
- Fishing at Indian Valley Reservoir.
- Long winding trail that travels through canyons and ridge tops in Mendocino National Forest."
If you guys/gals want to make the run a bit longer, we can combine it with "North Coast #2 - Walker Ridge Road". We can start on this trail which will merge into Bartlett Springs Rd. and add another 12 miles (an hour or so).
