My bilsteins have 5" of travel and stop about the time the CV limits the droop, if that helps at all.

Nope, stock. The CV binding is what's stopping my down travel.
That's crazy, so when you are at full droop your wheel doesn't spin freely?
My mid-travel setup doesn't bind at full droop, I run Lotus CVs now but even with stock OEM axles i had zero bind.
OME shows the 90004 and N91S as 473mm and 470mm.
If anyone has a pic of the stock shock next to either OME shock, that would help as well.
