If you can mimic what is shown in that last picture then you should be good to go. At the very least, just try it in different spots and see how the TB closes (with the cables attached).

Rear end was locked up and I wasn't going to let them drag it on.

Pulled the TB and cleaned it and the IAC. No codes either.

Yeah that's me lol... Still getting "thanks" from a lot of people about that fix. :dancin: But like I mentioned, there is no restriction with the TB when the engine is off. I'm leaning towards a possible vacuum issue. Not sure about the TPS yet. Will test it tomorrow.

She started right up fine and no smoke or anything out of the exhaust, it just had the idling issue. Purrs like a kitten otherwise. The problem now is that the throttle is really stiff but only when the truck is running. The throttle cable is nice and free as well, it's just when we start it...

So my Kid (who now has my rig) blew the rear end in it last night. So thinking if he removed the rear driveshaft he would see if he could drive it home in 4WD with just the front end engaged. Obviously didn't work as the rear would lock up so he called for a tow. He called me for a ride back...

So we ended up ordering a set of the Carbon Fiber wrapped version of these from Andrew (BX_Built owner). So looking forward to fitting them on! He was great to chat with and answered all of my question promptly. Great customer service so far!

You can see from the picture the difference between the wave profiles of a Modified vs Pure sine wave inverter. If you're running only resistive loads like incandescent lighting, heater, toaster etc., then modified is okay, but if you are planning to run inductive loads like HID lighting...

I recently had a rear axle seal start leaking and in turn covering my rear driver side brakes in oil. I originally planned on replacing my rear brakes since they've never been done (270,000 klms later) so I guess I'm forced to now LOL!

Loosen your throttle cable maybe?
