I had every intention of building a new rear bumper this winter but other priorities got in the way. I ended up just ordering some jobber parts to replace the old rusting out bumper ($300 ish) and slapped it on. I got tired of seeing all that rust when the rest of the rig is so clean.

I recently had a rear axle seal start leaking and in turn covering my rear driver side brakes in oil. I originally planned on replacing my rear brakes since they've never been done (270,000 klms later) so I guess I'm forced to now LOL!

Well I'm done! 17 years with the same vehicle and it was time to change. My interests have shifted from wheeling and camping to offshore cruising and fishing. We bought a boat and sold the trailer. The 4Runner is now in the capable hands of my son so it hasn't gone far Oh and I bought a 2018 Platinum Tundra. Much better at pulling the boat around!
