Appreciate the offer, but I would definitely keep the clock. A functioning clock in a 3rd gen is no common occurrence. I temporarily revived mine with a soldering gun, but it didn’t make it another 30 days.

Think I sorted it. Went out this morning, and it wouldn't start. Battery was toast. Replaced the battery, and all is good. No more check engine lights. TB
