Alright ever since I bought my 99 SR5, I've seemed to have starter issues. Every once in a while, after it rains a lot, I'll try to start it with no success. All the accessories turn on when I turn the key to on and it seems fine until I turn the key to start, and there is one click then...

Does anyone have a problem of a loud squealing sound coming from the engine bay for a few seconds after starting their 3rd gen (1999 for me)? It seems to happen more when it's cold outside. It doesn't bother me that much but it's a little embarrassing sometimes. I think it's power steering...
