Picked this beauty up a couple weeks ago. 2002 SR5 155K Miles This thing is immaculate!! I can't believe how clean inside and out it is. It will spend the rest of its life with me in the garage and driven a couple times a week.

Over the many months it took me to find a nice 3rd gen, I passed on many that just had poor pictures. If you are lazy about taking a good picture to sell your truck, then you are probably lazy about taking care of it... just my .02

There are a couple websites that they are listed for the '89 also "guaranteed correct part". I will have to take my chances, but yes it does appear I need specific bushings. Those don't appear to be a problem to find.

Changed the oil for the first time in my 89 3.0. Easier than my '04 Taco, not as easy as on my '13 Taco.

Mine was the O2 sensor that was causing it to fail DEQ. It was an inexpensive and quick fix.

Hi everyone, Just noticed this oil underneath the truck. Can't really determine where it is coming from. There is oil on the torsion bar too. You can see where it is dripping off the bolts. The driver side is dripping onto the exhaust. Any ideas?

I think I will be pulling the trigger on a Softtopper this summer.
