The adjusting screw in the image you showed is what's stuck for me. I can loosen the nut, but the screw seems to be bound to it (if that makes sense). maybe it's because i didn't life the front end off the ground...?

So, I checked my continuity today, and the multimeter stayed at 0.. So, doesn't that mean everything should be working? What do i do now?

Thank you for explaining the continuity thing for me. I will test it when I get to my truck this weekend. I was looking on rock auto originally, but that price tag turned me to get a used one (i only paid like $45). I will post back here once I test the continuity.
