Hmmm...the door say's 32 but i think that would be the toyota factory tires or? is this rule of thumb also for those tires even if they say 35psi?

Hello i have a 4Runner 2023 sr5 Premium that came with nitto terra grappler P265/70r17 113S tires On the tire is written 35psi max pressure - is that cold max pressure or should i fill them to 32 and when they expand max they can reach hot is 35psi? should i fill them cold to 35psi? thank...
