Installed a Toytec differential drop kit after I suffered my SECOND leaky CV boot. With only 2.5" of lift I find this odd, but we'll see how it holds up with the kit installed.

I ran over something on the freeway that smacked the tie rod end and let the goo out. Time for a replacement. Only 26K miles on the truck :mad: Any chance this would be covered under warranty? Should this be taken care of immediately?

That is correct. The hassle is with trying to get your sway bar bolted back on. It is under WAY more tension than I realized before I got started.

Bilstein 5100 @ 2.5". I left the UCA alone and just disconnected the lower ball joint assembly with the LCA supported by the floor jack. Lowered the jack very carefully as to avoid a trip to the hospital. The spring and strut fit through the UCA no problem once you unbolt them.
