I defused the bomb! Pulled a bad add-a-fuse and whatever wires went through the firewall. Just had to splice together a wire that the previous owner cut and I got it back to stock configuration. I did find a GPS tracker stashed under there as well, but I called the dealership that sold it to...

The raptor lights do not turn on when the car is on, and I cannot get the fog lights to come on with the headlights, high beams, anything. I'm gonna try to remove the wiring coming from the raptor and fog lights, should help me make sense of everything.

For the power steering you may need a new pump and hoses. Mine started to leak and I just kept topping it off until I was able to get it replaced.
