Wiring under steering wheel

I bought a used 5th gen sr5 (2013) this past week, and it has raptor lights and a pair of fog lights that I cannot figure out how to turn on. I decided to pull the dash off under the steering wheel ro inspect the wiring and it's a total mess. There's a few loose wires not attached to anything, some fuse connectors and wires with in-line fuses in there, etc. I'd like to bring it back to stock and get a switch panel to wire everything cleanly. Can anyone direct me to a wiring diagram and or some labeled pictures I could use to get everything sorted out?

Its going to be a difficult task if you cant just tell by looking at the wiring, and try not to disconnect the lower air bag.

Maybe bring it to a local car audio shop?

As they say, only the bomb maker knows what wire does what. They don't come on with the headlights?

All wiring diagrams are on TIS, but there are hundreds for a particular vehicle. You can get a subscription to TIS or try to talk your dealer into printing some out for you.

One approach, which may help in your case, is to start at the non-Toyota lights and follow the wires back to where ever they go. Then remove just those wires. Theoretically, that should leave only OEM wires.

For the raptor lights, can you not just follow the wires from the lights to see where they lead to? They should just turn on when the vehicle is on, no? (assuming they are not wired to an aftermarket switch)

For the fog lights, I believe you can only turn them on when the headlights are on. Unless you have some sort of aftermarket control/harness. I am also coming from a 2015 so might be different on your early model 5th gen.

Check the fuses under the dash for a burnt out one or maybe a damaged ADD-A Fuse if theres one there. You should be able to see where power line comes through firewall and goes into the mini fuse box just sort of above the E brake pedal.

I defused the bomb! Pulled a bad add-a-fuse and whatever wires went through the firewall. Just had to splice together a wire that the previous owner cut and I got it back to stock configuration. I did find a GPS tracker stashed under there as well, but I called the dealership that sold it to the guy and confirmed it was theirs, so I just yanked it and tossed it in the trash. New problem, im adding an auxbeam to prevent future shenanigans, and I just need to know which fuse to use in the main fuse box in the engine compartment. I need to put an add-a-fuse in somewhere to a circuit that is only on when the car is either on or in acc mode. Anyone able to tell me which fuses I can safely use for this? Thanks.
