Should I go 275/70-17 or 265-70-17??? Can't decide! I do plan on a lift. No more than 3". I'm ok with trimming, but don't want to trim the frame. I don't want to rub anywhere and would like a NICE ride.

A body lift does not change where the frame is, and I heard most large tires are hitting the frame at the body mount.

What size KO2's do you have there? I'm drooling...

A rigid sidewall is a good thing! I always air down to 12-15psi when I trail ride/rock climb. Go down to that range and you'll be amazed how well they'll perform.

I've always been a huge fan of the old KO's so I'm anxious to try out the new KO2's. Hearing they are an improvement is great. Plus I have to admit I love the white letter look! I'm sure the DT's are nice, but they are little pricey, so I'll be doing the KO2's on some MK6 wheels after I get the...

Being new the 4.0's, this freaked me out at first too. But it appears to be common side issue in the winter. Now on to the fun stuff. Lift, wheels and tires!

Love your build! I just got my 04, stock SR4, so I'm using yours as a guide. I plan on trying to do it right the first time. How much total lift do you have? I only want to run 33's. Do you think 3" is enough to do that?
