Yes I have checked Carfax, it has about 25 service records and nothing wrong with it. Just minor cosmetic blemishes here and there, it is a second hand vehicle so I do not expect a flawless piece anyway.

Got the best iridium start plugs (pulstar) for my v8. Changed brake, engine, PS, transmission and differential fluids. Got a mullti point check from the dealer to make sure everything is fine. Put in new floor mats. Put in seafoam.
