Sounds like a deal to me. I have the same truck / miles and wouldn't sell it for that! I bought it last year with 70k for $18,000.

But seriously, based just on the limited information, it is a good buy. Did you check Carfax and the Toyota Owners site?

Yes I have checked Carfax, it has about 25 service records and nothing wrong with it.
Just minor cosmetic blemishes here and there, it is a second hand vehicle so I do not expect a flawless piece anyway.
