The rusty thin plate in the front wheels picture are dust/heat shields. These keep the dust and heat from the brake rotor away from the suspension parts. It should be easily replaceable by going with a on line toyota parts dealer.

Yep that's exactly what mine was doing too. Based on my research on this forum adding more grease to the slip joint/yoke seems to fix the problem for awhile, but the clunking will come back eventually and require another round of grease. However with the lift, my clunking went away altogether...

I installed the the ToyTech Boss kit on my 04 V6 Sport in November and the kit came with instructions on how to install the diff drop spacers. It was very easy. You can also download the instructions from their website.

Yep, have had two issues. First was the dipstick tube rusted at the joint by the exhaust manifold and was spilling ATF every where. The tube is a two piece set up. In order to repair I had to drop the AT pan in order to drill out the rusted piece. And then insert the new top part of the tube...

I went with a reman from Autozone and found it did not have some of the parts that was on the OEM pump. The part that was missing was a sensor of some kind. Transferred the missing part off the old pump to the new reman and installed on the truck. Had power steering for a whole 30 seconds and it...
