is it Berlin City in Maine? If it is, they open a bank account in your name with 5 dollars in it through Northeast Credit union which allows you to get their rates, which are comparable to most credit unions.

getting the one from the factory off was a terrible experience. Had to get a pair of gloves and grip onto it and turn it as I pulled on it. Took a good half hour to get it off. Some WD40 can help as well.

I have the black chrome exhaust tip on my 18 TRD ORP. It survived the Vermont winter with the salt and snow and looks the same as it did when I put it on in the fall.

So I'm curious of what you are looking to get for it then if 40k is a "low ball" offer. The dealership down the road from me has a 16 TRD PRO magnetic gray with 27k miles for 37k and they had a Barcelona Red one a couple weeks ago that was certified pre owned for 40k with 21k miles on it...

mine started around 1000 miles as well; took it in and the dealership said it was the rails and due to having the seat all the way back (I'm 6'4"). I moved the seat forward and the noise stopped.

Did you remove the anti flicker module as well? You just need the bulb and the led drl driver, no longer need the anti flicker pwm that you may have had hooked up before.
