Hey all! Anyone have a squeak/creak coming from their back seat? It's only noticed when someone is sitting in the back seat and you take off. I have the SR5 with leather seats. Driving me crazy. Dealer looked at it and lubed up the recline adjusters but I think it's coming from the seat...

Has any one ever noticed a clunking, grinding noise when moving both front power seats forward and back? I have an SR5 an it's kind of been driving me nuts. It' like the slide rails have some rough spots on em. I'll take it to the dealer next week.

My sr5 with leather has the same play in the seatbacks. They don't rattle though when driving. I'll take apart one of the reclining mechanisms and see if it can be adjusted

I just got my metra kit via UPS today. I'm actually pretty impressed with the quality. It looks as if Toyota made it.

I just recieved my UPS tracking number from installer.com. Delivery date of June 3rd.

I called installer to double check and make sure i ordered the correct kit and I was told metra just finished the first kits. He told me instead of waiting to manufacture a whole pallet of kits like for the latest camaro, metra is shipping the kits in "1 and 2's" i guess time will tell.

I ordered my metra double din kit a couple weeks ago from installer.com. I was told it was on backorder. They just emailed me today saying it shipped today via Priority mail. Couple days! Woohoo! Now just have to tell the wife I "need" to drop a grand on a stereo:)

I don't think anything is loose or broken. It sounds like a pressure relief mechanism. When you close any one door while all the others are shut the air being forced in makes the noise.

Simmoniz right? I actually paid the $600 bucks for it. I did some research and found out it is a pretty topnotch paint protector. They put a coat of teflon on the exterior that is covered for 7 years. No need to wax your car. I've washed my car a dozen times and it still beads off.

Roof antenna is for the XM/Sirius radio.
